I feel better physically and feel more fexible after I joined Tai-Chi group. I feel happier and feel like I can do things. My body hurts when I come to the program, but when I leave, I feel better, especially my leg. I can go up the stairs better.
The program is very beneficial to me. It teaches me how to stay healthy. I always enjoy the walking group. I like Tai-Chi. It is good for my physical and mental balance; in future, I wish we have more programs.

I can go up the stairs better. I joined physiotherapy and Chripractic clinic, but I was not feeling good. As soon as I joined JANS fitness programs, especially Tai-Chi, these exercise classes helped me to move my hands, leg and body. I reduced going to physiotherapy while I was doing Tai-Chi. So this program is better than my physiotherapy at clinic.
I feel more flexible with my knees. I also practise at home, which helps, and I am slowly becoming more flexible with my body.
This centre is so nice to the seniors. Thanks for the opportunity to me to share my leadership and volunteering skills in the walking group and Tai-Chi programs. I was provided the opportunity to run Tai-Chi sessions for Seniors. It was wonderful to share my skills to my community.
