Food security
Together, we are making a difference—one family, one meal, and one act of kindness at a time.

Our Food Bank Program provides nutritious food and essential groceries to individuals and families in our community who may be experiencing food insecurity.
We believe everyone deserves access to healthy food and the opportunity to feel supported and cared for. Our program offers a welcoming, respectful environment where community members can access food assistance when they need it.
How we help
- Provide food hampers and essential groceries to registered individuals and families
- Support people facing financial hardship or unexpected challenges
- Work with volunteers, donors, and community partners to help ensure food reaches those who need it most
How it works
- Registered members pick up food every Wednesday
- Food is provided free of charge, with dignity and without judgment
Get involved
We are proud to share how far our community has come. What began as our food program in 2019 with a small group of just 20 people has grown into a community food bank now serving nearly 1,600 neighbours in 2026.
This journey would not have been possible without the generosity of donors, volunteers, and community partners, including Daily Bread Food Bank and Second Harvest. Whether you make a financial contribution, volunteer your time, or help spread the word, your support makes a meaningful difference.
Together, we can help build a stronger community where no one has to face hunger alone.
